Ireland’s first Toastie Festival is taking place from Friday 3rd November – Sunday 5th November 2017 in Bray, Co Wicklow.
While it will be a celebration of the humble ham and cheese toastie, more unique toasties will be available on the day.
You'll be able to feast on the Mac & Cheese toastie, The Cheese, Bacon, Caramelised Onion Marmalade & Fig toastie and The Halloumi, Harissa & Honey toastie.
Conor from the Harbour Bar in Bray is one of the organisers, he dropped by the Dermot & Dave show to reveal what you need to create the perfect toastie.
Forget about your one cheese toastie, it's all about the five and six cheese toasties! #DermotAndDave @DaveTodayFM @DermotTodayFM #Delish pic.twitter.com/k2AkYF4JA5

He also brought along a couple of toasties for the lads to try, one was the standard traditional ham and cheese toastie (which Dave said contained some of the tastiest ham he'd ever devoured) while Dermot chomped down on a peanut, chilli jam and cheese blend work of art!

While we're here lads we'd have to pop in the best video of someone making a sambo ever recorded.
As an extra bonus video sit back and enjoy this super relaxing clip which went viral of Micheál Ó Muircheartaigh making a sandwich.
