It's official, Dave Moore is a genius and he will change your cooking life in ways you have only ever fantasised about.
There's nothing worse than when you stir the contents of a saucepan and then you've nowhere to put the gross drippy spoon until you need to stir it again.
But fear not cooking folk of Ireland, our man Dave has the solution.
If you take your wooden spoon and place it in the hole on the end of the saucepan handle, it should rest at an angle that causes the liquid to drip back into the saucepan.
