The Emmys never fail to entertain and last night's ceremony was no different.
Take, for example, Big Little Lies co-stars Nicole Kidman and Alexander Skarsgård.
They both picked up gongs for outstanding lead actress / actor in a limited series or movie for their role in the hit TV show.
As Skarsgård stopped off at Nicole's seat on his way to receive his award, the pair wrapped their arms around each other and shared a smooch on the lips.

It was a totes awky moment lads.
Then there was the bizarre moment the real Sean Spicer was rolled out on stage to roast Donald Trump.
As Spencer went on to make a crack about the size of the audience present for the awards, the camera zoomed in on Melissa McCarthy, who looked just as shocked as the rest of us that this was actually happening.
Then there was the amazing shade Alec Baldwin threw at President Trump while he accepted his award for his impersonation of the Donald.
Baldwin said (to massive cheers from the audience), 'At long last, Mr. President, here is your Emmy!' poking fun at the fact that Trump had never won an Emmy for his television show The Apprentice.
