A recent survey has shown that a third of people admit to using dating apps while in a relationship.

Another statistic also revealed that half of us would dump our partner if we found out they did the same.

Most blamed boredom and rows, men also cited a poor sex life while women lacked attention for joining apps - which sparked a huge conversation on the Dermot and Dave Show.

Listeners began to feed the lads in with different ways to spice up things in the bedroom for couples who may be experiencing these problems.

One text suggested that couples should have an “affair” with themselves - sending each other flirty messages and meeting up in hotels, pretending to be different people.

Exactly like the episode of Modern Family.

But then Ann from Dublin spoke to Dermot and Dave about how she and her husband spiced things up in the bedroom, they began to swing and she thinks it saved their relationship.

Listen to Ann’s full chat with the lads below.
