We're a small island.
Lovely, but small nonetheless.
However it seems that we're so small we run the risk of being forgotten about entirely, especially in Thailand.
Most Irish people know all about Thailand - where it is, it's culture, the fact that you can drink literal buckets of drink at full moon parties covered in glow-in-the-dark paint.
A load of us have also been there, and most of us could definitely point it out on a map.
The same can't be said for people from Thailand.

A picture of a map of Europe has been doing the rounds and it looks like they forgot to put us in at all!
What's even more confusing is that they've named the sea where our once-mighty country stood as 'Mexico.'
At least in this Vietnamese text book they managed to put Ireland on the map, they just missed out on the correct spelling by one letter.
Close enough lads.
