After a long, cold and wet winter we're only gasping for a bit of sun.
It seems as if our prayers have been answered because this week that elusive warm ball of light in the sky is set to make an extended appearance, bringing with it temperatures of 17 degrees.
Monday morning commuters have already been treated to some gorgeous sunshine right across the country and we've just realised that today - Ireland will be warmer than Ibiza!
According to Met Éirenn it will be, "Very mild with highest temperatures of 17 degrees Celsius... spells of spring sunshine will develop in many places."
That's it lads, break out the BBQs!
