It appears to feature a man in an official Garda uniform having sex with a woman by the side of a busy road.
TheJournal.ie reports that the video was posted around three weeks ago and features shots of flashing blue lights as well as cars and lorries driving by.
The mans face doesn't appear throughout the clip though the woman is believed to have appeared in similar videos late last year.
