A giant whale has been found washed up on Arranmore Island off the west coast of Donegal.
The 20 metre whale was first spotted in the water off the islands on Saturday night when birds started diving at one area.
Members of the Arranmore Lifeboat went out to investigated and reported the dead whale.
The whale then washed up on the island yesterday.
