Did you hear the one about four armed police officers arresting a guy during a comedy gig?
Stand Up Adam Newman got the heckle of a lifetime when during his set, four NYPD officers entered the theatre and arrested a man in the back row. He asked what was happening and got a pretty blunt reply.
He joked along saying, "Guys, this is part of the act. I do this every show."
"I have no idea what's happening right now,” Newman continued. Then said to the Officers “You guys couldn't have waited until after my set?"
“Obviously not,” shot back a male voice, followed by, “Obviously shut the f--k up.”
It's not the first time Newman has had a bizarre incident infiltrate his comedy set. He once rifled through a heckler's coat to find an unexpected surprise.
