Sending the wrong picture to the wrong person is an easy mistake to make.
We've all done it at some stage, but you would imagine more care would go into posting the correct images online when you work for one of the biggest online retailers in the world.
Net-A-Porter found themselves in this exact situation after somebody accidentally uploaded a photo containing Photoshop edit instructions to their website.
The picture of a model wearing a bomber jacket and a skirt had blue arrows pointing to her shoulder, arms and waist, indicating where she was to be 'slimmed'.
People were quick to point out the blunder and the image was quickly replaced.
But not before it was screen grabbed and shared thousands of times.
