This week Jingly Bits had the honour of working with The Celtic Dragon Martial Arts & Fitness based in New Ross, Wexford. The club's resident Sensei/Mr Miyagi Chief Instructor John Fitzgerald 2nd Dan called us up for a Jingly Bit.
