This week it's the award winning Bia Beauty in Cork. Founded by Tracey Ryan, we first spoke to her best friend Elaine who nominated Tracey because she is so proud of what she has achieved.
Tracey is a graduate of Herbal Science at the Cork Institute of Technology and has turned those skills to making a beauty product business that only uses natural products.
