According to The Irish Times, the man in question was "bribed" by his Mother's bacon and cabbage when he breached a barring order from being in her home.
Donal Cosgrave told the Kerry Court, “You have to have a full stomach for hard work... I did not enter the house, I ate the bacon and cabbage on the back porch.
“I did not go into the house.”
“And mom gave me some mustard, and a little bit of dessert,” he added.
