Getting your passport photo taken is always a little hectic.
You have to go freshly showered so your hair isn't a greaseball, whatever you're wearing will be a part of your life for the next ten years and no matter how many two euro coins you put into the machine - it never comes out looking anything like you want it to.
So spare a thought for Chelsey Ramos, who applied for a passport ahead of her trip to Germany in September.
In fairness, she submitted a lovely pic and presumed she'd get a normal passport in return.
She was wrong.
