Nope, nope, nope.
Any movie that has a young child eating out of a mouth with giant fangs on the back of her neck, corpse kids and terrifying monsters with no faces should not be rated 12.
Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children was released last year and is now available to rent, meaning that parents around Ireland will pick up the movie over the coming weekends, innocently thinking the 12 rating means it's suitable for children.
It's really really not.
Do your kids a favour and rent Finding Nemo instead.
Dermot's entire family watched the horror show that is Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children over the weekend, and he feels like they are now all scarred for life.
He was the most scared of them all!
