Yup.
A Montana man describes an attack by a large female grizzly who went for him after spotting him from nearly a hundred yards away. He was scouting for Elk when Mammy Bear came running. He discharged bear spray but it was useless.
He played dead and after grizzly walked away, he tried to make a run for it but the bear REAPPEARED and attacked him AGAIN.
He then WALKED THREE MILES to the nearest hospital.
