Right Said Fred are responsible for producing some of the biggest hits of the 90s.
'I'm Too Sexy', 'Stand Up', 'Deeply Dippy' ... The list goes on.
However, in an interview with Dermot & Dave this morning, member Richard Fairbrass admitted that some of their songs have come about completely by accident.
"I had no idea you could write songs on a computer," he said.
'I'm Too Sexy' began it's life as more of an indie-rock jam, as opposed to the cheesy pop number we've grown to love.
"We had the bassline going around for this song called 'Heaven' [...] I took a break and I could still hear this bassline running around on the computer.
"We were in a basement in West London and it was really hot. I went into this guy's other room where there was a mirror, and for some inexplicable reason, I just started singing, "I'm too sexy for my shirt", and took my shirt off.
"We didn't know what we were going to do with it, but we thought it was funny."
As for Deeply Dippy?
"Rob was watching a Jeeves & Wooster thing at home. They were both talking about girlfriends and one turned to the other and said "she was deeply dippy about you.
"Rob wrote it down as a bizarre thing and then we wrote a song around it."
Are they still making a mint from the tracks? Kind of - Richard admitted that if they stopped working today they could afford to live "without doing much".
However, they're still hard at it, with a new album slated for release this year.
"We love the album, we've had the best reviews on this album that we've ever had. At the moment, we are self-funding so we pay for everything.
"We only do that because we really dig what we're doing."
