Life, and all the stress it brings, can sometimes feel a little overwhelming.
Being constantly plugged in to a 24 hour news cycle, being available on email and checking Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram every minute of every day can leave people feeling drained and overworked.
So what would it be like to live in a place that is completely shut off from the outside world?
A place where there is no Netflix, no TV and no radio?
Dermot & Dave went to Meath, to spend some time with the Benedictine Monks of Perpetual Adoration.
The monks have opened the first Catholic monastery in Meath since all monasteries in Ireland were suppressed by King Henry VIII in 1536.
They are not completely shut off from the outside world, they do venture to the airport to collect visitors and every now and then they will pop to the shop.
Most days however are made up of a strict schedule of prayer, praise and meals.
Silverstream Priory is a peaceful and welcoming place and Dermot & Dave got to enjoy an afternoon with some of the soundest monks you could ever meet!
