Martin Shanahan, one of Ireland's leading seafood chefs joined Dermot and Dave in the Supervalu tent at The National Ploughing Championships earlier today to talk food, food and more food!
Martin is not only a food expert, he's not only a fish expert but the chaps only gone and learned Korean... Kinda!
