Bangers are going off to beat the band, there's a smell of bonfire wafting through the air and our social media feeds are flooded with kids in adorable costumes.
It can only mean one thing, Halloween has arrived and with it, sightings of ghosts and ghouls seem to be on the rise.
Louise Bunyan went on an after dark tour of Spike Island over the weekend and managed to snap a freaky picture while she was there.
