Kansas-based crocheter Carol Hladik got the idea for the blankets in February while she was recovering from foot surgery and stuck recovering on the couch.
Her Beauty And The Beast-inspired blanket
"I thought it would be nice to have a fun blanket to help me feel better," Hladik explained in an interview.
"I love princesses and big, poufy skirts. Even when I got married, I wanted that big skirt. I was playing around and decided to create something fun."
The blanket gowns are in available in adults sizes as well as toddler and children's sizes, just in case you were so taken with them yourself.
