This video has racked up over 500,000 views since it was posted. We are unsure whether it's fors scares or giggles. The footage was taken by visitors to Blackburn in the UK.
According to The Daily Record the person is shouting "Move the car backwards!" and "Faster! faster!" in Arabic.
Local historian and author Simon Entwistle says that the "ghost" in the video may be the spirit of a monk who was executed in nearby Turton Tower.
"It's the actual timing that I find quite unusual, this person was executed in early January 1643, and the ghost will only make an appearance in the early January period," Entwistle said or perhaps when a few local lads have had a few brews....maybe!
