Direct Sales Account Manager
Communicorp One is seeking an experienced sales individual to join the Communicorp One, who will be a key member of our new Communicorp One national sales team.
You’ll know your local market inside and out, spotting opportunities and generating appointments to win new business. You will come up with ideas to grow your client business using the great tools and insight we give you. Identifying the core needs of each client is critical for you to develop long-term relationships to keep them coming back.
Working with a great support team, you’ll be putting together creative pitches using the latest technology making sure you stand out to your clients. Offering the full range of our products from on air and online ads to sponsorships and promotions.
Then it’s down to you to negotiate the right deal for both the client and us. And finally, when the campaign is up and running, you’ll provide great customer service that will keep clients happy, making them want to grow their business with us.
This is a great opportunity for a talented, ambitious and highly driven individual to work with two amazing national broadcast brands Today FM and Newstalk, along with a brand new sales entity.
Required Skills & Qualifications;
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Radio and/or other Media experience preferred but not essential
- Computer Savvy (Office Applications)
- Experience of using a CRM System (such as Salesforce/MS Dynamics) preferred
- Great Negotiation Skills
- Ability to work to timelines as part of a close knit team
