The Theatre of Food returns for its fourth year and with its best ever line-up of chefs, writers, thinkers, artisans, brewers, bakers, and food heroes.
The Theatre of Food will be open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - find it in the Mindfield arena of Electric Picnic.
Among the events taking place are:
Food Demos - TV favourite Neven Maguire, award-winning Sunil Ghai, Outlier JP McMahon of Aniar and street food pioneer Kevin Pyke of Pyke’n’Pomme’s food truck will all be providing demonstrations.
Africa, A Rising Continent - Kevin Thornton (Thornton’s Restaurant, Dublin) will give a demo on the foods of the Lalibela region in North Ethiopia and will also present a very special exhibition of his stunning photography from his journey in Ethiopia.
Mixology, Drinks and Music - Champion mixologists Darren Geraghty and Oisín Davis, showbiz mixologist Alan Kavanagh and Paul Lambert from Kinara Kitchen will all be sharing their tips.
Theatre of Food “Tastes” - Hear from the innovative producers, chefs and bakers behind the tastings.
