Paddy Casey, the legend responsible for Saints & Sinners, has revealed that he actually wrote one of our favourite Irish tunes on the roof of his ma's house in Crumlin, Dublin.
He has since moved on from the roof, but he's still writing anthems if his new music is anything to go by.
Paddy dropped in to chat to Dermot & Dave during Today FM's Live For Irish Music all day takeover, and he treated us to not one, but two live tracks.
This man right here. This man got the whole country up and dancing to Saints & Sinners this morning and it may have been the perfect start to a sunny Friday!! @PaddyCaseyMusic @DermotTodayFM @DaveTodayFM #AllTheIrishHits 🇮🇪 pic.twitter.com/jnaf6aZU3Y
