The new John Lewis advert tells the story of 7-year-old Sam and his best friend Monty the Penguin.
Sam gradually realises that Monty is longing for a penguin companion, and so Sam comes up with a plan.
The soundtrack is John Lennon’s Real Love, performed by Tom Odell. The ad cost £1million.
