Always look your best
Who says that even if you are up in front of a judge that you can't look your best?
Well, probably the prison guards and the Manhattan supreme court.
But that wasn't going to stop inmate Anna Sorokin from looking on trend for her court appearance.
The 28 year old is being accused of tricking New York Fashionistas to scam her way into the New York socialite scene.
It's alleged that the Russian born woman was consorting with hotelier André Balazs and Fyre Festival organiser Billy McFarland.
Sorokin is being held for grand larceny and if convicted she could face up to 15 years in prison.
But apparently that is not the height of her problems!
Before going to court she had her lawyer's associate go from her legal council to her personal shopper.
The poor soul was forced to scurry out to H&M with $200 to get Sorokin something that did't "scream inmate".
The Outfit
He probably didn't need that much as there is a lot you could get in H&M with the amount of cash, but the kept things simple.
Sorokin was finally dressed to appear in court and arrived wearing a black blazer, cropped black capris and a beige sweater.
To be fair you can't go wrong with a simple black blazer, so our hats off to the quick thinking associate.
