Daylight Saving ends in the early hours of this Sunday, 26th October.
At 02.00am, clocks are turned back an hour, making mornings slightly lighter and evenings darker.
Yes, it’s a bit of a pain to change the clocks again. Sure, it was only in March that we put them all forward.
However, the good news is that we* all get an extra hour in bed (*that is everybody except parents of small young children).
