Help raise much needed funds for Aware this Christmas
This December, embrace the true meaning of festive spirit by taking part in the Aware Christmas 5k.
Proudly supported by Cadbury, Aware are asking you to lace up your runners and take to the streets for a 5k from December 9th to 11th.
Taking part in Aware's Christmas 5k can make a real difference to someone's life.
Your support means Aware can continue to provide free services for those impacted by depression and bipolar disorder.

Aware is the national organisation providing free support, education and information services to people impacted by anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and related mood conditions.
Approximately 30,000 people each year avail of Aware's Support Services, including a Support Line that operates 10am to 10pm, 365 days a year. All of this is possible thanks to a team of over 400 volunteers giving their time to support the organisation.
In addition, last year over 8,000 people availed of Aware’s free Education Programmes designed to help people to build their resilience and to support their mental health.

How to take part
The Aware Christmas 5k is taking place virtually this year, so simply choose a route that suits you.
Movement is great for the body and mind, so you can take care of yourself while supporting the health of others, while getting in the Christmas spirit!
Registration costs €25 and you can sign up here.
Each participant will also receive a custom medal that doubles as a Christmas decoration.
So grab some friends, family and a few Santa hats, and get going!
