It's safe to say Titanic is one of the most successful films of all time.
For twelve years it sat at the top of the global box office having taken in a whopping €1.95 billion.
Then in 2009, James Cameron beat is own record and surpassed Titanic with his film Avatar, which still remains in the top spot to this day.
And now it seems the Russo Brothers are coming for James Cameron's crown, as Avengers Endgame has had a phenomenal two weeks in cinemas.
So phenomenal in fact that it has overtaken Titanic as the second biggest film of all time.
The film marginally surpassed Titanic's €1.955 billion box office takings by raking in €1.957 billion since its release on April 25th.
