Thousands of people have taken part in a rally in the city centre of Dublin, calling for changes to our abortion laws.
The 'March for Choice' began at the Garden of Remembrance.
Protesters want a referendum to repeal the 8th Amendment - the clause in the constitution that gives equal rights to unborn child and mother.
Janet O'Sullivan from the Abortion Rights Campaign says GPs should be allowed facilitate terminations:
Speaking ahead of the march the Pro Life Campaign claimed that thousands of Irish women who travelled abroad for abortion deeply regret their decision.
They claimed the rally organisers are in "denial regarding the hurt and heartbreak caused by abortion for many women.”
