More than double the amount of people will dress up for Halloween compared to last year.
Only 20% of adults wore costumes last October, but 41% said they hope to cast a spell with their outfits on Tuesday.
Research from iReach also shows that half of Irish people will take part in celebrations of some sort.
A third of them will dress up, a quarter will watch a scary film and 11% will go to the pub.
But 53% won't carve a pumpkin this year and more than a quarter plan to spend nothing on the festival with the majority saying they'll fork out less than €50
