There are calls on the Government and the Minister for Justice to make prenuptial agreements legal in Ireland.
It follows a survey which showed that the majority of farmers want to see such agreements given legal standing.
There are major concerns over the possible fallout on land ownership after a marriage breakdown, it's also a concern for any business owner.
