The editor of the Irish Mirror has apologised to Sharon Ní Bheoláin after publishing unflattering pictures accompanied by negative commentary.
The red-top was among three tabloids to print pictures of Ms Ní Bheoláin in what appeared to be pyjamas.
The pictures were published a week after allegations the journalist was stalked for months.
