The Tanaiste has come under fire for threatening to deport suspected jihadis without trial.
According to the Irish Independent, Frances Fitzgerald "would make no apology" for deporting people in cases where evidence suggested they were supporting Islamic extremism, even without a case going to court.
Earlier this month a 52-year-old man, was deported back to Jordan after it was alleged he was the foremost Irish-based facilitator of Isil fighters.
