Judge D’Arcy has heard that Mr. Dobbins has made little Julie go to bed when she didn’t want to. And that Mrs. Dobbins makes little Julie eat broccoli even though she doesn’t like it.
Judge D’Arcy has found both Mr. and Mrs. Dobbins guilty and has sentenced both to being pied in the face by 100 children at the Kids Court at Laya Healthcare’s City Spectacular.
