The number of people cycling in Dublin has doubled over the last 10 years, but the city is still way behind the rest of Europe for cycle safety.
ThatÂ’s according to the European Cycling Federation, which is holding its annual AGM in Dublin over the next three days, attended by cycling advocates from all over the world.
